Malicious Software Removal Tool April 2009

The windows update window (in windows vista) shows that this update is being
installed but it takes so much time, in fact it still continues installing
(It has taken more than 1 hour) what can I do???
Should I cancel the updates???.
Please help me.

Kill off what it's doing. Manually download and run.
