Window Updates not completing

I havn't had normal updates for 4 months. My last "normal" update was 12/18
and since then I have only recieved Definition Update for Windows Defender -
KB915597 (definition IP address). The IP addresses continue to change but
that is the only think that I show in my update history. I can't even get it
to manually update as it thinks and thinks then defaults back "Click here to
Update". Nothing else happens. Idea's or thoughts?

What operating system are you using including SP level?
Have there been any error codes?
