Windows update installation
I cannot install critical updates: KB95843, KB956357, or KB962870. I have
registered Wups2.dll but still cannot get the updates installed.

I tried both of your suggestions and neither worked. I tried to install
Office 2003 KB949074-FullFile-ENU.exe, however, during the installation it
stops with the message that it cannot find the file
C:\MSOCashe\AllUsers\90000409-6000-11D3-8CFE-015004838C9\PA561401.CAB.
