Can't install automatically

I changed the automatic install time on my SBS 2003 server but it will not
save my changes. I don't get any error message. Simply nothing happens when
I change the time, and it still says "Pick a time to install updates".

I had changed the automatic updates from download and install to download
and notify. Now I want to change it back and it won't accept my change.

What can I do?
