high priority won't install
what if you have 2.0 service pack 2 version 2.050727.3053.
Method 2 gives fixes for 2.0 and 2.0 service pack 1.

What about us with service pack 2?

How about a little background, please? See this page
http://members.shaw.ca/dts-l/goodpost.htm then post back to this thread with
the information we'd need to be able to assist you properly.

At minimum, you need to state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3;
Vista SP1), the "high priority" update you're having problems with (e.g.,
KB951847), what errors (if any) you've encountered, and what you've tried so
far to resolve the problem.
