Set Deadline Date Automatcially.
Scenario:
1. We have the option enabled to Automatically approve Security and Critical
updates.
2. We use GPO to to tell the computers to install the updates at 3:00AM
3. I manually set a deadline date for each update to 2 days after the
updates are approved.
For example: Update comes in gets approved. I allow 24 hours for the updates
to replicate tto the Replica server. Then 24 hours to allow the clients to
install the updates ate 3:00. The deadline date serves the purpos of if the
update did not get installed at 3:00 am to install any way.
So, with all that said my QUESTION:
Is there a way via script / SQL or any other to have the Deadline date be
set automatically so that I donot have to set the deadline manually.
Thank you in advanced.
