Error code 0x80070645

When attempting to download Service pack three it fails giving this error
code 0x80070645. I have attemoted it three times. I have rebooted the
computer three times. Nothing works. Help?

This error seems to have been going on for some time..I have tried three
times also. No help in MS windows....This particular update is not on the
Automatic update routine...what's up MS technicans?
