Windows Update

KB967715 is always ready for update on my PC (Windows XP). Wherever I install
it manually or automatic, the "Updates ready for installation" will pop up
again, after next reboot. What has gone wrong, or what can I do to fix it ?

Reboot into Safe Mode (with Networking) & see if it will install.

I have the same problem. After giving up trying to fix it, I just ignore
it. I am not on automatic updates anymore. I just want to be informed if
I have an update. I am constantly informed, but like I said, I just ignore
it.

I also have a problem with this update. It has downloaded and installed at
least three times on my computer. I have since hidden it so that it won't
continue to install. Any solution available form someone will be
appreciated. Thank you!
