error 0x80072EFD

WIndows auto update no longer works and when I go to the windows page to
update I get [Error number: 0x80072EFD] " The website has encountered a
problem and cant display the page you are trying to view."

I have scanned for malware and spyware and tried the online suggested fixes
with no success. Any suggestions?
