Installing Update

Hi,
There is a issue after installing the below updated

1. Definition Update for Windows Defender - KB915597 (Definition 1.51.1279.0)
2. Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1 Service Pack 1
(KB929729)

When I install update in my Vista Home Premium, I always get Launch Start up
and it forcefully removes it and then PC boots fine. I think there is some
issue with same.
