Cumulative Update for Media Center for Windows Vista x64-based

I have Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit sp1
After auto update of Cumulative Update for Media Center (KB960544) this
update was on 2/16/2209 it was Recommended update.
Iâ€™m experiencing over an hour logon time and after finally logs in, my
laptop keep processing something and completely unusable.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
