Auto Update removed by virus?

It seems like windows update has ben removed from my computer (and other less
important apps) I have absolutely not self disabled or removed aupdate!
anyone who has experience of this? and how to get it working again? I've
tested do it manualy on download center but it's always show error....

I think i has happend to me aswell, i get a error code:80070424, i don't have
a clue what to do?
