Dongle Issues in SP2 (NTVDm.exe)
SP 2 screwed up my capability to use my dongle device with my HusqvarnaViking
Software for my Professional Software.

Now that after 3 years I have found out the problem - can anyone tell me if
they have a way to reverse the portion of SP2 under Windows NT (when the
combined NT with SP2 and SP3?)

Those with the problem should have resolved it by now if they still support
the software.

(Yes - I am saying that the makers of your HusqvarnaViking Software for your
Professional Software should have a fix that worked around whatever issue
Windows XP SP2/SP3 uncovered. Unfortunately for you that fix could be as
simple as stating "We do not support this software on anything but Windows
XP SP1 or prior.")

Re: Dongle Issues in SP2 (NTVDm.exe)
SS - Of course they "don't support my version anymore". I did find out that
the issue occured with SP2 but no one told me - and most people spent the
money to upgrade to their new software - I did not - So I am stuck.

It must be in the registry - and am worried about using a "fix" and have
anything mess with registry - usually that means all will be screwed up and I
will be reformating my computer. Thx anyway
