Angela, this has nothing to do with Windows Update.
The error is not stating anything about Microsoft or Outlook Express. The
message is coming from your ISP's (charter.net) mail server and states that
they're seeing the message in question as spam. Do as the error suggests
and "visit http://www.charter.com/postmaster" where you'll find the
following:
