Runtime erroron JScript

When I go to some of my regular sites I am getting the following message:

***A runtime error has ocurred. Do you wish ot debug?

If I say yes, I get this message:

***Breaking on JScript runtime error-extend failed, pleases check out all
dependencies are included.

If I do click the yes, my computer seems to freeze and I am not able to do
anything. This is new and I want it to go away. Please help!!!

Go to the Control Panel's "Add or Remove" option.
Uninstall Java
(If you have more than one version listed, uninstall ALL versions)

Download and install latest version of Java RTE.
