Unistalling an update

Windows was doing one of its updates and didnt finish. Now my computer
restarts at the end of the XP load screen. I get a 0x00000024 ntfs.sys
file error.

I am trying to uninstall the updates from command prompt. I did it
once before but cant figure it out now. How do I unistall a windows
update from the command prompt, if I know the kb number as well.
