Installation error 0x770

We currently have the Windows XP Home edition with sp3 installed. Also, we
have the Microsoft Office 2003 installed. I have tried a number of times to
install the Office 2003 and Excel 2003 security update. Each time it
downloads and comes back with a 0x770 erroe code. What is a 0x770 error code?
Any ideas on how to download Office and Excel 2003 secuity updates?
