We are confused as well. Please state your full Operating System (Windows
what?) and service pack level.
The easiet was to get that:
Start button --> RUN --> type in:
winver
--> Click OK.
At the top - the picture will tell you the name and version of Windows,
below that you will see a line starting with the word "Version" - if you
give us both bits of information in full - that would be useful.
