Infamous Error: 80073712

Running Vista Ultimate, reinstalled 2 days ago and the very last update
refuses to install and it will not let me move on to SP1 without cleairng
this one.

There is no pending.xml file on my hard disk.

I am domain joined (my own SBS2008 domain here at home), I am admin on
domain and logged in as an admin rights user on my domain joined PC.

The update came out yesterday "Update for Windows Vista (KB935509)"
