error msg 80070005

I have been having this problem for a while. I've searched for a resolution,
but there are so many different methods, & I don't know if I should trust
them. I'm on Windows Vista. Does anyone have a firm resolution?

80070005 is an access denied (permissions error).

As for trusting, read, research and determine what are good sources of
information and bad sources.
In other words, don't just trust on face value.
