80070103

When ever my computer attempts to install any Windows Updates, it fails and I
get the error message 80070103. Is there anything I can do to fix this
problem?

Please always state your operating system and service pack level and any
other relevant information you can, like what update you're trying to
install etc.

With the assumption that your OS is Vista -

If relating to a driver - the driver you are trying to install is already
installed or the driver that you're trying to install is an older driver
than the one you have already.

All drivers should be obtained from the manufacturer's site rather than from
Windows Update.
