RE: Error installing (KB 921896) - Code 2B22

I tried that and am getting error code 17113, its on manual start up.
But I also have SQL Server (SQLexpress) that is started and on automatic
start up. If I have the 2nd one do I need the 1st one with the error?

Thanks Jerry that worked for me. I went to log on > local system account
> allow service to interact with desktop and the service started right
up.

cannot find a report of a successful update of KB921896 in the history
