When I try to install SP3 from update I get Error Code: 0x8024200D

The installer requires more data to be downloaded

Try manually downloading and installing the relevant SP3 update for your
mystery product.

As you didn't mention SP3 for what, I can't provide a suitable download
link, I could guess SP3 for Windows XP, but it could be SP3 for Office for
all I know.
