Error code 80073712

Hello, i am trying to update my window with the service pack #1 from updates
and when it tries it always give me the error code 800073712. i went to see
what the code meant and have tried performing what the site tell me to and
still will not download. what do i do???

Error message when you try to install updates from the Windows Update or
Microsoft Update Web site: "0x80073712"
