Is this board not working?

When I click the +, it either says Community message not available, or it
does not expand at all. Is it my computer, or is this site having issues?

I also do not see a Sign In link until I click the “New� icon.

Web-based access to this newsgroup has been FUBAR since the 23rd.

NNTP-based access has not been affected:
