windows update error 80004002

Alright, so I can't install any of my updates. I finally got it so it will
allow me to click on install updates then it asks me to accept the terms of
agreement and then i'm prompted with "Windows Update encountered an unknown
error. Error Code 80004002"

I've tried reinstalling Windows Update Agent, and re-registered the Windows
Update DLL in both notebook and command prompt. I'm out of ideas on what to
do. Please help!
