80070570 = ERROR_FILE_CORRUPT
Is the machine still under Warranty or Service Contract?
What anti-virus application or security suite is installed and is your
subscription current? What anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)?
What third-party firewall (if any)?
Was a Norton or McAfee free-trial preinstalled on your computer when you
bought it? Are you still using it?
