XP Update error 0x80072EE2

Now blocking update requirement identifying, for last two days. Can anyone
please advise nature of this problem. Advice is to download MS08-070 malware
tool from the very site that is blocked, ref KB932349.

Sometimes when the servers are under stress, this error can also occur.
If this problem is just recent, perhaps try again in 24 hours.
