KB954606 update failed

I have SQL server 2005 express version installed on my computer, but get
KB954606 Windows update fialed, since Sep/2008.

What should I do or any solution for this?

BTW if you have tried installing the update manually
it would be independent of the distribution mechanism
and thus your problem symptoms (whatever they are)
would be more related to the product than to WU.

I had this same issue. My solution was to change the Windows Enviromental
varibles for the TEMP and TMP directory to a C:\TEMP folder. It seems not to
like the %USERNAME%.
