[Error number: 0x800704DD] at the update site

Win XP Home Edition
Version 2002
SP2

When attempting the update I recieve the following error code:

[Error number: 0x800704DD].

I have been to the help page http://support.microsoft.com/kb/910341

and discovered that I am missing the \Senslogn part in the registry
it is as if It doesn't exist

Please Help
