Failed update

I've downloaded the following update:
Security Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2007 (KB958437). I get a failed
install message. What's the work around to get this installed? I notice that
when I shut down my PC I also get 1 update every time. Is this the same
update that was downloaded on the auto update?
