Error Ox80072EE2

I keep getting an error when trying to download 2007 Microsoft Office System
(KB956828) and (KB958439). None of the troubleshooting works. Please HELP!!!

Sometimes this error clears up on its own, wait a day and then try again.
The servers may be busy.

Error 0x80072EE2 is: ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT
Translation: The request has timed out.

When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x80072EE2 or 0x80072EFD
error.
