Automatic updates diabled eveytime when I restart computer

I have enabled "Automatic Updates" and next time when I restart my computer,
I found it was disabled again. Anyone knows what is the problem and how to
fix it?

Check the registry value for "UpdatesDisableNotify"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center]
"UpdatesDisableNotify"=dword:00000000
