UPDATES FAILING TO INSTALL

Security Update for MSXML Core Services 4.0 SP2 (KB954430) repeatedly failing
to install together with (KB960714 - see other posts). Have tried direct from
MS web site aswell as via auto update 'yellow shield'. Any comments will be
welcome.

It seems to be a problem with Windows Installer 3.1

Download Windows Installer 4.5

Run it, reboot and then the updates should install properly
