Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB92836

This one update wont install. I've been reinstalling it over and over and
still no luck.

I even did what it said to do in the help thing. (go into the cmd thing and
typed the net stop, some other gibberish and then net start. )

It still says it's failed to install. What should I do

1. Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before you
go uninstalling/removing any of them!

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed and
whether service packs have been applied
