Error Code: 0x80200013

I need help with this error code. I just wiped the computer and reinstalled
windows and need to update to SP3 but there are two updates that keep failing
with this error. They need to be completed before i can continue. Ive tried
the support page for the error with no luck. Any help?

Not your error code, but look right at the bottom of the page. Sounds like
a possible firewall problem. Try temporarily disabling it and see what
happens.

Are you running WinXP SP3 now? Which two updates fail to install?

Updates are not installed successfully from Windows Update, from Microsoft
Update, or by using Automatic Updates after you perform a new Windows XP
installation or you repair a Windows XP installation
