KB955302 update failed

Hello,

This update is trying to install for a couple of weeks.
but it failed !! after the install he want to install again.
de fault code is: 80071AA7
anyone that can help me.

80071AA7 ERROR_FILE_IDENTITY_NOT_PERSISTENT
The file cannot be opened transactionally, because its identity depends on
the outcome of an unresolved transaction.

Did you install Vista SP1 via Windows Update or manually?

Can you install the update manually?
