Update Fails

SBS2k3 SP2. We are consistently offered security update for SQL Server 2005
SP2 (KB948109) which fails to install.

Event Category: Installation

Description:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with
error 0x80070643: Security Update for SQL Server 2005 Service Pack 2
(KB948109).

Can anyone shed any light on this?
