Windows Search 4.0 for Windows XP (KB940157)

As the administrator for an XP SP3 system, I attempted to install teh update
Windows Search 4.0 for Windows XP (KB940157) but it failed to install twice.
I checked the FAQs - nothing, I checked the Update Newsgroup - Nothing - Any
ideas?
