VM - Streaming Media and Broadcast - Philips SPC 300NC PC Camera

As the administratoe, for an XP SP3 system, I attempted to install teh update
for VM - Streaming Media and Broadcast - Philips SPC 300NC PC Camera but it
faied to install twice - any ideas?

assuming you used windows update get a driver if REALLY needed from Phillips
