Updating Windows Server 2003 64-bit through WSUS

We have deployed a Group Policy for Windows Updates.

All our desktops, laptops and Servers are getting updates from the WSUS
Server, except Servers with Windows Server 2003 64-bit Enterprise Edition OS.
I tried to run Client Diag Tool which gave the following output:

What might be the problem, as I am facing this with 4 Servers with same OS?

have the same problem on Win 2003 64-bit through WSUS.
All other operating systems don't have the problem?
Anybody a fix for the same problem?
