internet explorer problems

my internet explorer fails to display web page on many occasions diagnostics
fails to find a problem,often cant open attachments on e-mails and web pages
dont fully display,tried disc clean up and defrag

You will get better advice if you post in the Internet Explorer group, where
the knowledgeable IE people hang out....
