hi , i have tried to install sp3 but it keeps failing. do ineed this service
pack? how do i get it installed. i am running legit xp

If you are using the Win Update to install SP3, that is NOT the safest
way.

The better ways are:

#1 - Download the SP3 Installer ISO and write to a CD. This gives you a
Autorun CD that installs SP3

#2 - Download and SAVE the SP3 installer EXE, then run it from your hard
drive
