RE: Cant access updates

I have encountered the same problem so did searching until i came up with a
possible answer. I found that microsaoft are trying out a new screen called
silverlight and they said that we may have problems with trying to update our
computers. who knows why they have done this to us and they have'nt provided
an answer to what we can do about it. so i am going to ask a computer
technician and hopefully get back to you asap. hope you can do same and then
publish on this web. cheers
