Hi There..
I've a problem with windows updates too..
Here is how I got my problem:
1) System boot up too slow .. It took like 10-12 mins to logon page.
2) My system is with SP3 but I only have WinXP with SP2. Therefore, I
decided to uninstall SP3 and then run a fix with SP2. It works well with my
plan and I managed to get rid of the slow start up or boot up to logon page.
3) After fixed it with SP2 cd, I try to update it online but it only allow
me to download all the update files but it failed to install it.
4) Currently, I failed to update all the following files;
