Error message 0x643

Im trying to download update KB 110806 and KB 929300 and it fails. I have a
Windows XP pro with service pack 3, an ATI grafikcard. Its the Net. Framework
3.0 and 2.0 for service pack 1.0 update that fails to install from windows
update. Please help me.

1. Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before you
go uninstalling/removing any of them!
