Welcome to the "Windows Update" newsgroup.

What you have failed to do is identify your problem in a meaningful manner.
No one here (that I know of) can currently see your manchine or read your
mind to see what you have tried, what you know, etc. You have to tell them
in your posting.

Some questions that I see left unanswered (and thus making it difficult to
answer your query) include (but not necessarily limited to):

- What operating system are you running?
- What "Service Pack 2" are you referring to? (For what product? An
Operating System like Windows 2000, XP or Vista - which has no SP2 at this
time; or a Office suite like Office XP, 2003 or 2007 - which also has no SP2
at this time? Or sometrhing else entirely?)
- What do you *think* you mean - expand on your question - when you ask "how
do I change the Auto update to service pak 2"? What caused you to ask this?
