Windows update fail

I noticed in my update history that security update for windows xp (KB946026)
failed and the error code is 0x8007054F how can I resolve this ?

0x8007054F - Error_Internal_Error (doesn't help much, does it?)


Does Windows Update website or Automatic Updates still offer the machine
