Error message 0x800A007

When I try to run updates I get message error 0x800A007. But when I try and
find ou what to do about the said error, I get no results found.
Is anyone able to help me please.

Is this sudden, new behavior?

What anti-virus application or security suite is installed? What
anti-spyware applications (other than Defender)? What third-party firewall
(if any)?
