Error code 800B0100- my solution

Through expert help from Johanna at Microsoft Support-team, this is how I got
to solve my Error Code 800B0100- problem:
I`ll give it to you in both english and norwegian
(My problem was that I couldn`t download 2 important safety updates form
Windows Update)

In norwegian:
1. Trykk START, velg KJØR, skriv Services.msc og trykk OK.
2. Finn Automatiske oppdateringer.
3. Høyreklikk på Automatiske oppdateringer og velg STANS.
4. NÃ¥ skal du finne TJENESTEN Background Intelligent Transfer.
5. Høyreklikk på TJENESTEN Background Intelligent Transfer og velg STANS.
6. Trykk START, velg KJØR, skriv %systemroot% og trykk OK.
7. Finn mappen SoftwareDistribution høyreklikk på mappen og velg Gi nytt
navn, skriv OldSD og trykk ENTER.
8. Trykk START, velg KJØR, skriv Services.msc og trykk OK.
9. Finn Automatiske oppdateringer.
10. Høyreklikk på Automatiske oppdateringer og velg START.
11. NÃ¥ skal du finne TJENESTEN Background Intelligent Transfer.
12. Høyreklikk på TJENESTEN Background Intelligent Transfer og velg START.
13. Restart nå din datamaskin, og prøv Windows Update igjen.

In english:
1. Press START, choose RUN, type Services.msc and press OK
2. Find Automatic Updates
3. Click right on Automatic updates and choose STOP
4. Now you need to find the service Bakcground Intelligent Transfer.
5. Click right on the service Backgronu Intelligent Transfer and choose STOP
6. Press START, choose RUN, type %systemroot% and press OK
7. Find the map SoftwareDistribution, click right on the map an choose to
give it a new name. Write "OldSD" and press ENTER
8. Press START, choose RUN, type Services.msc and press OK
9. Find Automatic updates
10. Click right on Automatic updates and choose START
11.Again, you need to find the service Background Intelligent Transfer
12. Click right on the service Background Intelligent Transfer and choose
START
13. Restart your computer, and try Windows Update againg

:OD Many of us, who are not familiar with solving problems on our computer,
need a very simple and very detailed recipe! ;o)
Although I have to admit that the page you refer to, looks a little bit more
proffesional...... ;oD .... and might do the job as well!
